The purpose of carrying out technical consulting for the investor, i.e. supervision for the investor, is to ensure the realization of the construction concept before and during the execution of the works, and to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations. The organization of technical consulting services depends on the type of construction (works), its complexity and size. The appointment of one or more persons responsible for carrying out the technical consultation depends on this. Specialized experts in the respective professions or specialized institutions can be included in the supervision from time to time to solve certain problems, if the need arises.

While providing technical advice to investors, the persons responsible for technical advice to investors will perform the following tasks:

• organization of geotechnical testing of the terrain
• organization of necessary geodetic works
• organization of field recordings and infrastructure positions of installations on site
• organization and implementation of tenders, and analysis of received bids, including the proposal of the contractor with whom it should conclude contracts according to the assessment of the most favorable
• creation and proposal of an operational system for the execution of works in accordance with the adopted network plan in agreement with the professional services of the investor
• drafting a proposal for a construction contract with general and special conditions
• adoption of the operational plan as an integral part of the construction contract
• the introduction of the contractor into the work and the organization of all construction participants on implementation tasks
• organization of conceptual design development
• Obtaining all necessary approvals and obtaining a location permit
• organization of the preparation of the conceptual project, obtaining all necessary approvals, and obtaining the basic building permit
• organization of the development of the main and executive project
• Obtaining all necessary approvals and obtaining a building permit
• obtaining a use permit
• handover of the building to the investor
• monitoring of the facility within the warranty period
